About the Journal

SITJM publishes scholarly papers which cover a wide range of topics relating to the broad field of Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Technology & Operations Management, Strategic Management and Business Policy, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Change, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Public Management, Rural Management, Data Analysis and Decision Making, Banking & Finance, Economics, and other disciplines related to Social Sciences. Its objective is to disseminate knowledge which ensures good practice of professional management and its focal point is on research and reflections relevant to academicians and practicing managers. Each paper goes through double blind peer review process to ensure research rigor, high quality and relevance to what is really happening in the field of Social Science.
